Tool Usage And Return Policy

Anyone using tools that belong to Wolf Steel Construction, Inc. will be required to check out the tools through authorized personnel. Upon leaving the job, all toolboxes will be subject to inspection by the Job Superintendent. If any tools belonging to Wolf Steel Construction, Inc. have been checked out in your name and are still out after you have left the job, the cost of the tool(s) will be deducted from your final paycheck.

Typing your signature on this form indicates to Wolf Steel Construction, Inc. management that this policy has been read and understood and that you agree to abide by the guidelines set. If legal action must betaken to collect for missing tools checked out in your name, or for negligent damage to or repair or replacement of said tools, the legal fee incurred by such action will also be the responsibility of the signee.
